I am on a project using libnetsnmp.a, and meets a problem, which seems
easy to be solved, but I just cannot handle it, so I hope there would be any
suggestion. Thank you.
It seems that when I first run my program on a machine, there would be
warning messages as blew:

I know it relates to the OS enviroment and the config file. But I just do
not want to see these message on the screen.
Is there any way I could turn off these message or log them to a file in
stead of standard output. I prefer API more than command line or
configuration.
