The 5.7.1-pre1 source code can be found here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/net-snmp/files/net-snmp/5.7/. Once you have
downloaded that source code archive you can apply the patch file and rebuild
via build.bat (see also README.win32 for instructions). Or alternatively you
can wait until 5.7.1-pre2 is available.
