Hi, Dave I just unzip the file net-snmp-5.5 in to a working directory.
My O/S is QNX 6.5. I can do make and makeinstall snmpd, no problem with configure. ./configure --enable-mini-agent --with-defaults --with-out-transports="Callback Unix" --with-transports="UDP" --with-out-transports="TCP" --with-mib-modules=ucd_snmp --enable-privacy --with-openssl=yes --with-out-mib-modules="smux agentx" --disable-perl-cc-checks --disable-embedded-perl --without-perl-modules --with-default-snmp-version="3" --with-ldflags=-lm -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Dave Shield Sent: Tuesday, November 29, 2011 12:28 PM To: Guan, Chi @ MWG - Datron Cc: [email protected] Subject: Re: can not compile snmp_agent_api On 29 November 2011 18:30, <[email protected]> wrote: > I tried to compile the example of > http://www.net-snmp.org/docs/man/snmp_agent_api.html > With gcc snmp_agent_api.c `net-snmp-config --agent-libs` But I got > error: net-snmp/net-snmp-config.h: No such file or directory How did you install the software? What O/S are you working with? Dave ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ All the data continuously generated in your IT infrastructure contains a definitive record of customers, application performance, security threats, fraudulent activity, and more. And common sense. http://p.sf.net/sfu/splunk-novd2d _______________________________________________ Net-snmp-users mailing list [email protected] Please see the following page to unsubscribe or change other options: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/net-snmp-users
