What are you trying to represent with this trap?

Remember that a trap is reporting an event - something that has happened
(as compared to a traditional MIB object, which is reporting the value
of something)

It's certainly possible to use the same trap to report a given event in relation
to a variety of different MIB objects. For example, the DisMan Event MIB
defines a notification 'mteTriggerFired', which works with any MIB object that
is being monitored for particular behaviour.

But your description of what you are trying to do is really too vague
for us to be able to answer you sensibly.
