I have tried several unpack tools: Cygwin unzip / winrar / 7zip, and all
got the same failure message.
Seems that the only difference between your environment and me is 64bit
Windows(yours) vs 32bit(mine).
Since I have no 64bit Windows, I can not verify this idea.
Thanks for your tip that unpack tool may affect the file's CRLF, I will be
caution of this kind of problem in the future.
