Actually, at least some of this information should be available under
the 'host' subtree.

How are you querying it?
How have you configured the agent?

Is that the only thing you've got in the snmpd.conf file?
Remember that you won't see anything in the 'disk' tree unless you're explicitly
monitoring something. See the FAQ entry
