When generating a table with greater than 32 entries. column_set_flags is
still defined as a unsigned int, Since the defines are in the format of
(0x1 << xx) this produces a compiler warning because 0x1 is 32 bits and xx
is greater than 31 for some of the entries. Also assigning this define to
colums_set_flags will not set anything (since 0x1 << 32 produces 0x0)
The fix being to adjust the define so that a Long long is produced and
redefine columns)set_flags to unsigned long long.
Is there a way to configure mib2c to automatically generate the correct
size variable and defines.
Also, what happens when the next limit is reached, ie 65 or more entries.
