In particular, what does the first (DEFINITIONS) line look like? Remember that -m and friends will work with the name of the MIB module (i.e. what appears within the file) rather than the name of the file itself. Normally these will be the same, but in case of problems, it's worth checking the exact token used to define the MIB.
