ISTR...
For generic traps, only the 'generic' number is relevant, and the OID
part can (really) be anything.  It seems most master agents use an
OID that identifies the specific vendor/hardware/OS of the 'master agent'.

For specific traps, you choose whatever IDs within your private MIB/MIBs
you need, to uniquely identify your trap's meaning/intent.
