Hello,
I am getting segmentation fault when snmptranslate takes a numeric OID and
displays the corresponding textual MIB name. Could some one help me to sort
out this issue.
# ./snmptranslate .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0
No log handling enabled - using stderr logging
Created directory: /var/net-snmp
Created directory: /var/net-snmp/mib_indexes
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
Also snmptranslate takes Textual MIB name and displaying the numeric OID
# ./snmptranslate -On SNMPv2-MIB::sysUpTime.0
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
Here is the system details where i compiled the net-snmp v 5.6.2
# uname -a
Linux xxx 2.6.32-358.el6.s390x #1 SMP Tue Jan 29 12:06:31 EST 2013 s390x

# cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.4 (Santiago)
Configuration parameters are
#./configure --prefix=/opt/local/net-snmp --with-logfile=/var/log/snmpd.log
--sysconfdir=/opt/local/net-snmp --enable-static --disable-shared
