Hi,
I am newbie to Net-SNMP. I want to get more familiar with Net-SNMP. I am
having following query.
I wanted to write an application which will be sending user defined traps
to trap receiver. I don't want to use snmptrap command. Instead of that, I
want to use Net-SNMP API like netsnmp_send_traps(), send_v2trap(),
send_v3trap().
I am not planning to write a MIB module which will be loaded by snmpd. Can
you please guide me to know if there is a way to do this?
Also can you please let me know if any API is there so that I can code to
send traps?
