Version: net-snmp5.72 compiled with the NETSNMP_ENABLE_IPV6 flag.

Issue Description:
Using the clientaddress in the snmpd.conf file works as expected with IPv4 but
the trap goes out with a wrong source address when using IPv6.
That is:
[snmp] clientaddr x.x.x.x
works as expected when an IPv4 address is specified. If however the
configuration is for example:
[snmp] clientaddr udp6:[2001:db8:3c4d::41a9:8e4e:a094:3840]
The trap is transmitted with the last IPv6 address configured on the interface.

Has someone used the the 'clientaddr' directive with an IPv6 address in
snmpd.conf?

Thanks.
