Hi,
I am using net-snmp snmpd as a proxy to other snmp manager (not net-snmp).
When running multiples instances of snmpbulkwalk I receive generalError on
different fields.
For example:
Error in packet.
Reason: (genError) A general failure occured Failed object:
IF-MIB::ifOperStatus.1076117636
Error in packet.
Reason: (genError) A general failure occured Failed object:
IF-MIB::ifType.1075888128
Error in packet.
Reason: (genError) A general failure occured Failed object:
SNMPv2-SMI::transmission.39.1.2.2.1.2.1080328192.83
Error in packet.
Reason: (genError) A general failure occured Failed object:
SNMPv2-SMI::transmission.39.1.2.2.1.4.1080123392.81
I am running the bulkwalk request in an endless loop.
Have any one encounter this problem? Do you know the root cause?
When running the same test directly to the non net-snmp snmp the test pass ok.
