Hi All, I have worked on SNMPv3 in my desktop system in Ubuntu 11.10. I tried to run net-snmp in my laptop. I had installed net-snmp 5.7.3 package and included the snmp.conf, snmpd.conf and snmptrapd.conf files in /usr/local/share/snmp folder
When i run the snmpwalk command it throws the following error Timeout : Error parsing PDU It is not able to give the details to the manager. What are the possibilities for this error? Is there anything that i must re-run rather than copying from my desktop system.
