Hi.
I'm trying to configure net-snmp so that it raises SNMP traps when system
load goes above a certain threshold. My configuration is at

I've created some load on the system using stress-ng, but no traps are
being generated. Any suggestions please? I'm using version 5.5 on RHEL.
Any help would be much appreciated.
