Both are informational: If someone(?) detects an issue with this system, those 
items are intended to give a hint whom to call, and where to find the system.

BTW: Try:
snmptranslate -Td -OS .iso.org.dod.internet.mgmt.mib-2.system.sysContact
snmptranslate -Td -OS .iso.org.dod.internet.mgmt.mib-2.system.sysLocation
