Hi everybody, I'm using the snmptrap 5.2.5.1 utility on linux device. I need to specify the oid of the second varbind "snmpTrapOID.0" and I've seen in https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/ssw_aix_71/com.ibm.aix.cmds5/snmptrap.htm that there is a -o oid option to do that. But this one seems not available in the 5.2.5.1 version I'm using.
Is there another version in which this option is available? Another manner to do that? My command line is actually: snmptrap -v 2c -c MY_COMMUNITY REMOTE_SNMP_SERVER "" 0.0 1.3.6.1.4.1.XXX.100 i 6 Then the second varbind is associated by default to the following oid name 1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.4.1.0 with the value 0.0 I want it to be associated to a specific oid name of our project.
