That's weird. As one can see on https://ci.appveyor.com/project/BVanAssche87257/net-snmp/builds/33861416, the Cygwin build passes. By the way, has it been considered to use MinGW64 instead of Cygwin? Net-SNMP builds and runs faster on MinGW compared to Cygwin.
