Hi again...
It seems many people have had the same problem, making a netatalk share
readable by many people, but writable by only some administrators.
The major point here is that the '.AppleDouble' directories still have
to be world writable, and the only way to have this is to manually
create thoses directories, by hand or by running crontabs on the server
side. Moreover, it could be a good idea to have the group permission be
RWS (by issuing a 'chmod 2777 .AppleDouble').

PS: I still have my very strange problem of some files being associated
with SimpleText, even when the extensions are correct...
