Here we go:

[/etc/printcap]
Tech-HP5M|Drucker Techzentrum 1.OG Verwaltung:\
        :sd=/var/spool/lpd/techzentrum:\
        :rm=lj5m-tz:rp=lp:\
        :mx#0:sh:sf:
#

I'm using lpr -h because the Printer would do a banner page (even if it's suppressed
in printcap).
One small oddity remains: If the printer is busy, lpq can't connect to the printer to
get a status from it. I suspict this on a buggy firmware from the MIO-Card in our 5MP.

[/usr/local/etc/papd.conf]
Tech-HP5M-Spool\:LaserWriter@Verwaltung:\
        :pr=|/usr/bin/lpr -P Tech-HP5M -r -h:\
        :op=poc:\
        :pd=/usr/local/etc/HP-LJ-5M.ppd:
#

fatima:/var/spool/lpd/techzentrum # ll -a

I'm using papd from asun 2.1.3 as well as pre-2.1.4-b37
