I need to read more carefully about the pursuance proposition.
(I do like attempts to solve the network democracy problem)
But I'm worried by how far off the mark this statement is
"For now, the most important fact of the 21st century is that any
individual may now collaborate with any other individual on the planet."
...given that 60% (at the very most) of the human population of the
planet have access to Internet. And of that 60% the majority are in
Europe and the Americas.
Which suggests that global democracy does not need to take account of
40%+ of people.
Oh hang on a minute....
