right now we're having a march outside our window for Peace between Turkey
and Azerbaijan - a strange day. I don't see people here scared; if the
right attacks, it's likely, I think, to be against everyone who'd support
Biden. Trump seems confused and crazed and is playing golf. Fox news, at
least what I saw, seems to be deserting him. About the KKK - I've heard
nothing; there are Proud Boys and Q-Anon people and a lot of other groups
but maybe they're a thing of the past.
It hasn't been a landslide here; it's been a nail-biter. The voting
difference isn't all that great except, say, in New York and some of the
far-right states. The whole situation is unnerving but at least there's
something to cheer about and here it's peaceful.

this point. Trump will most likely lose the suits but he can cause a lot of
trouble. But last night, even before the election was called, Trump held a news
conference - and we were watching NBC and they cut away from it, calling his
statements lies. They cut away from the President in other words. We found out
a lot of other networks did the same thing. So there's a real attempt to clear
the air. The issue now is his followers who feel more disenfranchised than ever
and of course are angry and armed. I doubt that will come to much, but there
has to be some deep attempt to reach out to them. -
