We are inviting filmmakers, artists, and creators to submit ultrashort video works for the festival centered around the theme "I cry and I cry".
This theme invites reflection on the intimate and universal act of crying — whether as an expression of joy, sorrow, frustration, or release. It explores the power of vulnerability, emotional outpouring, and how crying can be a response to personal, social, or global experiences.
