That is great news, Marc, and I really look forward to reading this book.

Is there any way to pre-order it from outside the UK? Trying to order books 
from the UK has become so frustratingly complicated and prohibitively 
expensive that I have mostly given up. I would definitely make an exception for 
this book, however.
