i was part of this action last week - it was great : )
Almost a week ago, on International Women's Day, twelve female
geeks, feminist techies took to the streets of the net in
celebration of this day. We logged onto a number of IRC channels,
wished everyone a Happy Day, scattered some slogans and showed our
appreciation for strong women that paved the way before us.
