Publikumsgespräch mit Alex Arteaga im Anschluss an die Performance
Die Sound - und Installationskünstler Ann Rosén und Sten Hellstrøm zeigen in
Kollaboration mit dem Berliner Choreografen
Ingo Reulecke und den Teilnehmern eines Labors vom 7.-11.5., das erstmalig in
dieser Art in der Tanzfabrik Berlin
stattfindet, eine als “walk in composition” konzipierte Präsentation, in der
eine einseitige Rezeption aufgehoben und
Möglichkeiten für ein tieferes Verständnis von Körper, Raum und Klang angeboten
werden.
Alex Arteaga, Künstler, Dozent am UNI.K, UdK / Studio für Klangkunst und
Klangforschung (Berlin) und ESCAC,
Filmhochschule von Katalonien (Barcelona). Zur Zeit promoviert er über Kunst
und Nachhaltigkeit an der Humboldt
Universität zu Berlin und an der Oxford Brookes University gefördert mit einem
Stipendium der Heinrich Böll Stiftung.
Er wird ein Gespräch mit den Künstlern zur Arbeitsweise in dem Feld von
Interaktion, Soundinstallation und Choreografie
führen.

Public talk after the show with Alex Arteaga
The interactive lab will work with complex sound-bodies and put them in
relation to space- and dance bodies. It will
examine the reciprocal effects of sound and choreography.
The sound- and installation artist Ann Rosén and Sten Hellstrøm in
collaboration with Berlin based choreographer Ingo
Reulecke and the participants of the lab will show a conceptualized
presentation as a “walk in composition”. A unilateral
reception will be reversed to offer possibilities of a deeper understanding of
body, space and sound.

Alex Arteaga, artist, lecturer at UDK, Berlin, Studio of sound art and sound
research and at ESCAC, Film University of
Katalunia, Barcelona. He is doing his Phd on art and sustainability at Humboldt
University and Oxford Brookes University as
scholarship holder of Heinrich-Böll-Foundation.
He will do an artist talk after the show on soundinstallation, choreography and
interactivity.
