I love the movie. The colour is ravishing -did you process it much -it looks as though the contrast has been upped? Is the fragile, trembling quality something you added or a function of the way you filmed it? The addition of the Radio Romania soundtrack is both simple and a masterstroke - it's the combination of image and soundtrack that is entirely magical, for me at least, lots of goosebumps... There is such a strong sense of place attached to both sound and image & it's the disjunction arising out of our knowledge of their geographical location that does something quite wonderful michael
