estudiolivre.org, once you log into it, you can create a stream channel to yourself. it is based on icecast2. i would suggest you to use darksnow for audio stream and theorur for video stream. it is also possible to use VLC as streamer, but you will still need the server. Jaromil's dyne:bolic has also a good tool for streaming, MuSe.
