yeah... you are right. I was also closely involved with the development of the Cultura Viva - Cultura Digital program among other beloved ones. I don´t know if I am also a good person to ask .. :) but i left the Ministery of Culture program in 2007 to starto to work eith the ministery of communications on gesac program. I was really pissed off with claudio at that time for new ways of conducting the implementation process during the re-election year. But, before of it and much more important, I could establish closely relations with many pontos de cultura. and i´ve been talking with many of than now.... spinozian good meetings... many many many things were achieved. And i´ve got really happy now when i look what is happening in the cultural field support and activity in the country today. ow, god. such a huge country. with a so-magnificant-diversity of cultural aspects-issues-living. we were right .. :) .
