XorCurses-0.0.5 New Release

* Teleports now working.
* Levels 10 - 15 now playable. (Untested - I'm
stuck on level 7).
* Corrected map piece pickup data in maps.
* Fixed bug (from 0.0.4 release) that caused XorCurses
to seg-fault when it could not find the maps. Now
gracefully exits with a helpful message.
* Running XorCurses without installing works again.
* Keyboard shortcuts for levels 1-9 in level menu.
* Replays now always scroll with a threshold of 1
unit from edge. Makes fast replays easier on the
eyes.
