Location 1 in New York is exhibiting the work of Janez Jansa, Janez Jansa and Janez Jansa. These three artists officially changed their names and adopted in 2007 the name of Slovenia’s economic-liberal, conservative prime minister at the time, Janez Jansa. I found this gesture very interesting. It reminded me of this other initiative of the 90's where many artists and political activists adopted the name of Luther Blissett although the reasons why to chose the name are here less obvious.
