This one was all children dancing, behind a truck playing loud dance music. Cartoon character homemade costumes I spotted included Marvin the Martian, Shrek, and every Looney Tunes and Disney persona imaginable. Both kids and bystanders were having a blast. My favorite is the Bart Simpson whose head keeps tipping over." xenijardin.
