A webcam uploads a picture of the antenna on the web server every 
minute. Each device on the net connecting itself to the picture (at the 
given URI) adds a line to the picture , according to it's IP address, so 
this line is always the same for the device. There's also a random meta 
autorefresh in HTML page that calls the picture (for the device, and 
so... for the specta(c)tor). The combination between these distributed 
actions gives the result. There is an archive of today test here, 
ordered by time (you can see the sky is not changing often today and 
sometimes there is a bird on the antenna ;-)
