The Tories voted for the DE bill. I doubt they will try to kill it. They are
likely to have even more pro-industry views.

The Tories are looking to repeal a number of Labour laws (note
capitalization ;-) ) and the Lib Dems were committed to repealing the
DEAct, so we can but hope.
