Economies and the city is the fourth topic in a series of Campfire
Conversations taking place over a series of balmy Wednesday evenings at
the Spitalfields City Farm.

Convened by the artist Lottie Child, each session will be led by an
expert from a different field.

The topics are:

7th July: Community and the city
21st July: Growing and the city
4th August: Play and the city
18th August: Economies and the city
8th September: Art/Activism in the city
15th September: Animals and the city

Confirmed guests include Tassos Stevens from Coney, Nelly Alfandari from
Micronomics and City Mined, Tate curator, Cedar Lewisjohn, Robin from
the Space Hijackers, Elin Lindhagen, a nurturer of the brazilian
community and permaculturist Blanche Cameron.

The sessions will take place on Wednesdays between 6 - 8pm, and are
located at the beautiful Spitalfields City Farm.

The aim of the sessions to bring interested parties together to share
their expertise about thriving in - and perhaps changing - the city.
They are leading towards the creation of a series of performance
interventions in the City, which will be developed in tandem with the
Conversation series.
