During this particular five course meal, we had, among many things, the most amazing savory mushroom soup, fava bean soufflé, candied bacon wrapped scallops and a citrus meringue your grandma would have been proud of. The synchronicity of friends- old and new, of food knowledge- a lot or a little, made this one of the most unique food and friendship building experiences we’ve ever had.
