SPACE would like to welcome you to JELLY THURSDAYS. (London-UK)

Jelly is a casual, open co-working space every Thursday in the MediaLab
at SPACE for artists, freelancers, writers, and anyone in need of a
place to work. We want to share our space, wifi, desks and 3pm coffee
(and cookies or cake if you’re lucky!) and all you need to bring is your
laptop, your ideas and a bit of conversation.

What is Jelly?
Jelly at SPACE is part of a worldwide movement that gets people together
to work and share. There are Jellys happening in cities all over the
world, from New York to Athens to here in Hackney.

What’s new?
As part of a new Jelly recipe we’ve been stirring up over summer here at
SPACE, we are expanding Jelly into a project that we want you to be
fully involved in.

This October we've lined up...

#1 FOCUS ON THURSDAYS, a chance for everyone working in similar fields
to work alongside one another every first Thursday of the month, sharing
ideas and getting a little help along the way. This month will be WEB
DESIGN. So if you are in dire need of sorting out your website, or you
are a web designer bored of your own four walls, or you just fancy
learning the ins and outs of html code come and join us. We will have a
friendly facilitator on board to answer any queries you may have and as
usual a 3pm coffee to catch-up.
FOCUS ON THURSDAYS: WEB DESIGN // 7th Oct 2010 // 10am till 6pm // Free

#2 The people who come to Jelly are the people who make Jelly, and
seeing as you are all so interesting we would like to showcase what you
do while you're here. Therefore Jelly is set to launch its very first
VIRTUAL EXHIBITION for everyone and anyone involved in Jelly. We want as
many people involved in this project as possible so whether you consider
yourself an artist, film maker, designer, writer or otherwise we want to
hear from you. Please contact [email protected] for further
information and a Submission Form.
VIRTUAL EXHIBITION // Deadline: 23rd Oct 2010 // Free

Each one of these projects we hope will spark collision and
collaboration between our Jelly family and breed new ideas and projects
within and beyond Jelly.

#3 To keep track of all these we will be constructing a Jelly area on
the PERMACULTURES Blog (soon to be accessible again from the SPACE
website), with monthly discussions on the Jelly Forum that coincide with
our FOCUS ON THURSDAYS and continue our exploration of PERMACULATURES.

See you Thursdays!
