there are online places you can buy and store silver: goldmoney.com and
goldsilver.com

but it's a bit fiddly/ with quite bit of form filling etc. I'm using
goldmoney.com. You can buy little bits this way, and build up gradually, but
it's online storage, and one of the important aspects of this campaign is to
get hold of physical silver, and I've yet to start doing that but I intend
to.

It all maybe sounds like a pet project for the rich or priveleged, but 1oz
of silver costs about £18.

There are places in London that sell silver - I haven't done this yet  - I
think Bairds is one: http://www.goldline.co.uk/

There will be others, London is one of the big centres for this type of
thing
