Experimental turntablist Ignaz Schick will guide participants through the manifold and rich history of experimental turntablism and its various techniques & approaches. He will give a short introduction into the history of turntablism, presenting various styles from musique concrete, fluxus, plunderphonics/downtown noise, onkyo, etc. and will demonstrate various techniques behind those approaches.
