I appreciate your questions which are of course very important. One of the fascinating things I have learned since starting this list with others, is that, some answers regarding the function & purpose tend to change & can come about through everyday experience & dialogue as time goes by. We of course, do have stock answers but to be honest, the people who use the list defines its essence & purpose in many ways...
