This case is being deliberately distorted by Swartz's own
organization. If guilty, he should be prosecuted. Not for intending to
make the JSTOR articles available to all but for his methods.

Makes no mention of the fact that he broke into a secured network and
attempted to hide his identity to access the documents. It attempts to
claim that he was indicted only for downloading an overabundance of
material. This is absurd. I have no sympathy for this guy and will
absolutely not support his actions.
