Hi Everyone As you may or may not know, I work a lot with ASCII art as a drawing practice. My purpose being that if drawing is nothing more than making marks on a surface with a tool, then typing and keyboard strokes can be a way of drawing. I make a lot of small text file drawings and then use those, because of their portability to create animation and more complex print compositions.
Over the last week or so I've been approached about corporate work for a mobile phone company. I haven't done this sort of work yet, but will likely do the project if it does happen. They have also asked me to identify other ASCII artists that might be interested. Any suggestions? Comments? Questions? Cheers, Bill -- A.
