aha. this looks suspiciously like a "let's jump on the leak-platform bandwagon"
sort of announcement, especially since the "leaking interface" is nothing more
than a wordpress form. suppose i have the intent to leak a massive fraud case,
putting cultural workers at a clear disadvantage (which, surely enough, given
the kind of money that is funneled through various channels is not an idea that
is all that far off) but I'm not very technically proficient and would like to
remain anonymous - just from taking a quick look at this, it does not seem as
if artleaks are necessarily experienced in protecting whistleblower's
identities? other than a manifesto-esque description of what would be
implicitly understood anyway, there is absolutely no information as to how
sources are protected, or how the leaked information is dealt with.

meh. it smells too much of surfing on another project's popularity, favorably
positioning the people involved, and not enough of getting shit done properly.
put a process place and be transparent about it, before announcing your well
intentioned plans to the world.

feel free correct me if i'm wrong, but if you have serious information to
share, you might want to look elsewhere.
