Hi Michael-- Thank you for these comments -- which I especially treasure since, as usual, I am trying something experimental. It has come to my attention that there may be a problem with the link I used to my post about ICU deaths from missed diagnoses. It's a British Medical Journal link and works on this side of the pond, but perhaps not in UK.
