Would require a digital mincer and then a digital skinning machine. Rather than 
compression, encryption is closer to mincing. For artistic reasons an 
encryption technique that scatters the original data amongst thousands and 
thousands of fragmented files would be desirable. GNU tar could be the skinning 
machine we're after resulting in a tar.sausage file extension?
