It all sounds like things are developing - I can imagine only months 
till new way s emerge...

We are currently investigating the possibility of using html5 or its 
equal for Visitors Studio (http://www.visitorsstudio.org/?diff=0) - 
which we developed (believe it or not) in 2003. And also making it all 
open source, which we've been wanting to do for years now...

This amongst all the other chores we are engaged with will happen as 
soon as extra funds can be gained.
