Well, this has ruined my day.  It appears that as of Tuesday -- 2 business days from now -- sporkworld.org with all of Millie Niss's and my work will be dead.

Sporkworld.org has had approximately a million hits since Millie created it in 2001, I have maintained it since Millie's death, and it is an active website.

This was my first notice.  I do not have the expertise to work with Sporkworld.org code, and I am absolutely beside myself.  I do have copies of everything on my computer if that's any help.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Martha

Martha,

I migrated all the sporkworld files and databases to our new hosting and, as I suspected, it's not working on a PHP 5 platform.

We'll need the domain registrar in order to transfer the domain.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to refactor the sporkworld code to work with PHP5, but we can provide you with full ftp and database access, should you wish to have a stab at getting it running in the new space.

We will be terminating our contract with the old host on Tuesday, so the server the domain is currently on will be out of commission from that day forward.

Lewis
