The code is really simple, a combination of rot13 (Caesar) and rev. The piece, the "here" references the past two coding pieces and the descriptive piece before that which begins
Why writing on the move? It's the thinnest mode of transmission, perhaps lower ascii one of the thinnest of all, given the providence of low code requirements - that is to say for example that the old Morse dot-dash translates into letter and then the rest follows - that is to say, most likely following Eco, a double encoding. etc.I'm sure secret messages have been sent out; years ago with escape commands in ascii you could make part of a text invisible.
