Hi Dave,

It has been on the cards the last couple of years.

The programs themselves were very well organized and setting it all up, as in getting people to the studio to discuss their work live was one of the themes and qualities of the program. Also, setting up all the questions for the interviews took time, as well as getting the sound files and music ready for each broadcast. Luckily, my past experience from pirate radio came handy, plus working with great individuals such as Charlotte frost on the first broadcasts, and then Irini Papdimitriou and Jonathan Munro. This helped in getting a varied selection of individuals and groups to take part.

And yes, if we did do it again - it would more likely take the form of a pirate station and broadcast for whole days where people could upload their own material. However, because we are so busy at the moment and have just opened the Furtherfield Commons, another space it may be a little while, we'll see ;-)

wishing you well.

marc

hi marc
They were very good interviews - any chance of you doing some more?
How about furtherfield.fm <http://furtherfield.fm>?

    Hi Rob,

I think the key way of having a conversation with others on the
radio to was try my best not to be as they say 'up one's self'.
Hopefully it worked, anyway - we also had loads of fun playing
some great music & experimental sounds in between the chats :-)

    wishing you well.

Marc's interview manner is so good that despite being
        terrified of being
on radio I think I answered all the questions. :-)

I miss the radio show, it was a great combination of elements
        and gave
some real insights into some really good work.

        - Rob.
