Anyone removed identifiable car registration plates from video using FLOSS?
What? How? I might try the manual method. Have already converted video to JPGs. Can flick through them very quickly using Geeqie, just need to find an editor with which makes blurring out the plates with a brush exceedingly quick, ie click, click, swipe, click, click. Any better ideas? (I've got recorded some footage of street scenes and am not sure I should include car reg. plates or not?)
